Richard focuses on landlord and occupier representation projects throughout the West End market and he has been responsible for the leasing of many high profile development schemes and occupier relocation projects.
Prior to joining H2SO, Richard was a Director in the West End office agency teams at DTZ and Drivers Jonas Deloitte.
