Paul Smith is an equity partner and co-founder of H2SO.
He deals with all aspects of office agency for landlords and tenants, primarily in the West End, Midtown, Northern Fringes and Southbank where he has dealt with over 6m sq ft of office space over a 30-year career. Paul's role also includes design development consultancy, specifically to advise developers on tenants' requirements in terms of specification, layout, finishes etc.
Having co-founded Hodnett Martin Smith in 1987, recognised as one of the leading West End agency firms, Paul and his fellow directors sold the business to DTZ in 2005. For four years Paul was Head of West End office agency with a team of 18 professionals before helping to establish H2SO.

- The design development and letting the entire 80,000 sq ft at Scottish Widow's 14 St George Street and 50 New Bond Street W1
- The design development and pre-letting of 95,000 sq ft at GPE's 33 Margaret Street W1
- The letting of 130,000 sq ft at Derwent London's Angel Building, St John Street EC1
