Nick Powell heads up the Lease Advisory and Asset Management team at H2SO dealing with both Landlord & Tenant and Professional Services. He was previously a partner and head of Strutt & Parker's Central London Professional/Asset Management department.
Having specialised in the Central London office market for over 15 years, Nick has a wealth of experience in advising funds, property companies, private landlords and occupiers. He has advised on rent reviews, lease renewals, third-party proceedings, lease engineering and asset enhancement strategies for a wide range of clients including Standard Life, Aviva, Royal London Asset Management, Welput, F&C Reit, Great Portland Estates, Derwent London and the Langham Estate.
He is a member of the RICS panel of Independent Experts for Central London and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Arbitration. He can advise on all matters of dispute resolution and is regularly called to give expert evidence, both written and oral, before third-party surveyors and in the Courts.
