Helen is a partner in the H2SO office agency department. She was previously a director at DTZ.

With more than 12 years experience, Helen has developed extensive contacts with major landlords and key tenants on large scale projects as well as smaller multi let properties. She is therefore very well placed to be able to advise on the entire size range of offices throughout the West End.

Notable projects with which she has been involved include:

• Ongoing design and letting advice on the Carnaby estate portfolio for Shaftesbury plc.
• Advising Shaftesbury plc on the 70,000 sq ft office element of the new mixed-use scheme at St Martin's Courtyard, WC2 which is due for completion in Summer 2010.
• Refurbishment and letting advice on c.20,000 sq ft of offices at Regent Gate, 56 Conduit Street, W1 for Invista Real Estate Investment Management.

• Advice and letting of flexible managed office space for Grosvenor in 67 Grosvenor Street, 52 Grosvenor Gardens and 28 Grosvenor Street
• Disposal of circa 15,000 sq ft at 1 Hills Place, W1, a substantial refurbishment by Scottish Widows
• Letting of 25,000 sq ft at 25 Knightsbridge, SW1 for ITV
• Acquisition of circa 6,250 sq ft at 16 Shorts Gardens, WC2 for Beattie McGuinness Bungay
