Helen is a partner in the H2SO office agency department. She was previously a director at DTZ.

With more than 14 years experience, Helen has developed extensive contacts with major landlords and key tenants on large scale projects as well as smaller multi let properties. She is therefore very well placed to be able to advise on the entire size range of offices throughout the West End.

Notable recent projects with which she has been involved include:

• Ongoing design and letting advice on the Carnaby estate portfolio for Shaftesbury plc.
• Design and letting advice for Shaftesbury plc and The Mercers' Company on the 80,000 sq ft office element of the new mixed-use scheme at St Martin's Courtyard, WC2, the majority of which has now been prelet.
• On behalf of D2 Private, securing recent lettings and advising on the remaining 33,500 sq ft at 23 Savile Row, W1.
• Letting 47,000 sq ft at Charlotte Building, Gresse Street on behalf of Derwent London.
• Letting of over 60% of the 33,750 sq ft office scheme at Clareville, Oxendon Street on behalf of Helical Bar.
