Freddie Pritchard-Smith works in the H2SO Office Agency team.

Having graduated from Oxford Brookes University, he joined the firm in 2009 and is gaining experience in every aspect of the firm's business.

As part of the Office Agency team, he has acquired space for a number of occupiers and is working on various disposals in the West End.

Freddie's work at H2SO to date includes:

• Acquisition of space for both Rockpoint Europe and XTB Europe
• Worked on leasing of Nations House, 103 Wigmore Street and 7 Savile Row
• Part of Carnaby Estate office agency team
• Currently retained by a variety of West End occupiers
