Formerly with DTZ, he specialises in all aspects of office agency covering the West End, Midtown, SE1 and Northern Fringe sub-markets. He has a strong track record of advising on the leasing aspects of development situations and working to ensure that the space provided matches occupiers' requirements. As his work encompasses large-scale developments and smaller multi-let properties, he has a broad perspective on where occupier demand is coming from in the markets with which he deals.

Ed has advised an extensive range of landlord and occupier clients including F&C REIT, Draco, Scottish Widows, Great Portland Estates and BDP Media.

Notable transactions with which he has been involved include:

• Acquisition of 18,000 sq ft for CDC plc at Cardinal Place, 80 Victoria Street SW1 and subsequent sub-letting of 7,000 sq ft to Smiths Industries.
• Acquisition of 15,000 sq ft for Invesco Perpetual at 43-45 Portman Square W1.
• Design development and letting of 36,000 sq ft at 7 Dials Warehouse, 45 Earlham Street WC2 to Expedia.com for Schroders and a further 6,000 sq ft again to Expedia for Draco.
• Ongoing leasing consultancy for Shaftesbury plc on the Carnaby Estate.
• Design development and letting to various tenants of 7,000 sq ft across multiple floors at F&C REIT's Charles House, 5-11 Regent Street SW1.
• Acquisition of 10,000 sq ft for BDP Media plc at Aldwych House 71-81 Aldwych WC2.
