- Ongoing leasing consultancy for Shaftesbury plc on the Carnaby Estate.
- Letting of 93,000 sq ft to Expedia at Derwent London's Angel Building, St John Street, EC1.
- Design development and letting of 36,000 sq ft at 7 Dials Warehouse, 45 Earlham Street WC2 to Expedia.com for Schroders and a further 6,000 sq ft again to Expedia for Draco.
- Sale of 63-65 Marylebone Lane W1 to Howard De Walden for Roypark.
- Sale of 9 Curzon Street W1 for Arab Investments.
- Acquisition of 18,000 sq ft for CDC plc at Cardinal Place, 80 Victoria Street SW1 and subsequent sub-letting of 7,000 sq ft to Smiths Industries.
- Acquisition of 8,000 sq ft for Samsung at Focus Point, Caledonian Road N1
- Acquisition of 15,000 sq ft for Invesco Perpetual at 43-45 Portman Square W1.
- Acquisition of 22,000 sq ft for ARES Management at 30 St Mary Axe EC3.
