Invista Real Estate Investment Management
Invista Real Estate Investment Management is the largest UK listed real estate fund management group. The Group manages both commercial and residential property across the UK, Continental Europe and Asia-Pacific, and has a total of £5.3bn assets under management as at 30 November 2009.
Invista manages, as at 30 November 2009, a total of 23 funds, some of which are for the largest UK providers of savings and investment products. Of the funds, eight are HBOS funds (such as Clerical Medical), and five are other institutional clients' funds (such as St. James's Place). The remainder are collective investor schemes, including real estate investment trusts and open ended unit trusts (such as Invista Foundation Property Trust and Invista Property Portfolio Fund).
