Windmill Street £15m purchase

Property Week 2.7.10:

Scottish Widows Unit Fund and Dukelease Properties have bought Charlotte House at 11-14 Windmill Street in London's West End for £15m.

The 26,700 sq ft property will be vacant from September. The joint venture is thought to be considering conversion options. Jones Lang LaSalle advised the private seller; H2SO advised the buyers.
