Bruton Street office scheme launched

PRUPIM's 40 Bruton Street development in London's Mayfair was yesterday officially launched at a reception in the building for around 100 central London agents.

Situated on a prominent corner site at the junction of New Bond Street and Bruton Street, the scheme includes 18,000 sq ft of offices arranged on first to sixth floors, accessed via a double aspect reception area.

The column-free office floors are typically 3,250 sq ft with floor-to-ceiling glazing on three elevations providing far-reaching views along Bond Street and towards Berkeley Square.
