The prelet with The Great Wigmore Partnership for 29,447 sq ft has now completed. A 15-year lease agreed with a break option in year 10 has been signed. Bridgepoint is paying £2.7m pa, equating to £90.40 per sq ft. The firm is relocating from 23,200 sq ft at Warwick Street, W1, where it has been subletting from Jones Lang LaSalle.
Neil Thompson, portfolio director at GPE, said: "This further preletting in the building means the office space is close to being fully let prior to completion."
Just 12,890 sq ft of office space is now left at the property, which is due to complete in July.
H2SO and CBRE are letting agents on 95 Wigmore Street.
